Question from a non-lawyer. Ive heard that big law firms sometimes win by just filing vast amounts of paperwork, and it crushes the small law firms that can't respond to it all. Can you mimic that now with AI? Can one good lawyer with AI match the spam output of 1000 junior associates

I think even before the onset of recent AI legal tools it was possible to generate lots of paper at a relatively low cost. And whatever imbalances still existed, AI evens this playing field even more. Court rules put limits on how much a party can flood the zone. The more interesting edge is using AI for judgment and reasoning, and the question is who benefits more from this; IMO it's the parties bringing cases, rather than defending against them.
